| | I just wanted to take a couple of minutes to express my impressions about my property and the Keowee Key Community after my visit last weekend. In a nutshell I wish I could retire there right now!!! The place is fantastic, not only is the house more than I expected but the whole community and the amenities that go along with being a member of Keowee Key are very impressive. There is something for everyone At Keowee Key. I am not a golfer but the golf course looked terrific and if I was to move there would definitely become a golfer. Then there is the golf club, the 3 Marina's, the walking course around the lake, the 2 outdoor and one indoor pools, the tennis courts, racquetball courts, the fitness center, the security,etc, etc, all right there!!! They are also in the process of building a fire department on Keowee Key a definite plus for insurance rates as well as peace of mind to homeowners.
Pictures just don't do justice to the layout of the house and the lot that it sits on. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and overall quality of the house is excellent. The value for the money is obvious and any serious buyer will see it instantly. As they say "a lot of bang for the buck!!!" I want to thank you for such a great deal.

| | I was very impressed with the Channel Pointe project after my visit. The area is beautiful, and the drive from Chattanooga to Soddy-Daisy was less than 30 minutes. I drive longer than that to get to work every day, and it's not nearly as nice a drive. I liked the property, the views of the lake, the location of the community area (very close to my lot!), the design of the roads, the topography of the entire property, and the fact that Channel Pointe is on the deep channel side of the lake, which means that it can be permitted for boat docks. The developer has already permitted all the lakefront lots, as well as the marina area boat slips. And I was very excited to find out about the new golf/lakefront community [Raritys River Ridge] that is going to open across the lake soon. If I remember correctly, lakefront lots there will be priced around $599K and are not dockable, which will make Channel Pointe lots go up considerably in value. They are very undervalued now.
I also was impressed with the builder. They are custom home builders, and while these are spec houses for us, for the builder they are being treated as custom homes. They've been in business over 50 years.
I really appreciate all the effort you have put in to make this work. I look forward to doing more with you in the future.

| | I wanted to send you this note on my recent visit with my wife to Keowee Key on Lake Keowee in SC. This [home and community] is a home run.
The lake is beautiful and the development that already exists is outstanding.
The grounds consist of a championship golf course, three swimming pools, country club, fitness center, a few beaches, walking trails, tennis courts, and marinas. The activities are endless. You can have your very own life style living here. My wife is so impressed that she would love to live here starting today.
Shopping and other towns are close by. Thank you for the opportunity for this great home and great investment.
